Edison Thomas Huizinga is born!

Little Edison Thomas Huizinga made his presence known November 6, 2009. As you can see from the pictures he sure is a cute little guy. His proud parents, Christopher and Abbie, tell us that all are healthy and well.





The sisters appear to be all excited about the arrival of their brother.
















Edison weighed in at 8 lbs and 10 oz. He is 20 inches long and a bundle of joy. Congratulations Christopher, Abbie, Gracie, Anna, and Audrey. You all have a keeper. We can not wait to see him.

Hi Yall. I finally had to kick Beau off the computer!! LOL! Naa he is such a good boy. We are doing ok. Miss Daddy. Matt is doing well but very busy. I have gotten a horse. And her name is Finn. I love her to death. She is a 10year old Hanaverian (sp). She is a bay color. 16 hands. She was used for jumping and got a condition called Jumpers/Hunters Bump. But she is sound just cant jump anymore, WHICH Is totally fine because I don't care to jump... Matt is supposed to be coming home in Feb. I have to admit it feels like forever... I am doing ok. Just keep busy. Church, Inlaws, Friends, and VOLLEYBALL!! You know what is funny. I can't believe how much fun Vball is, and I am tooting my horn I KICK SOME HINNEY!! LOL!! Beau is an amazing son. He helps clean up. I get told how well behaved he is. Which is a blessing because I felt that my "Smacking" fingers, 1-2-3 then bootie bump, wasn't working... But I was visiting a church and she was soooo pleased on how well behaved he was and how he loved his little sister and made sure she was ok and would hug on her.. I AM SOOO BLESSED. That is pretty much all that is happening here. LOVE YOU ALL AND MISS YOU BUNCHES!!

My birthday!! I had such a great day. I got some Balloons! PaPa and MauMau Got me a John Deer tractor that lights up and moves. Grandpa and Grandma Michelle got me a POTATO HEAD! Crazy huh? I was a little confused, arent you supposed to eat potatos? The cool thing is it can come in the bath tub with me. Though Lyla thinks it is her toy.. But Mommy calls me a good boy because I am very good at sharing... I know my animal sounds!! Cow, Horse, Dog, Cat, Goat, Sheep, Bird, AND MONKEY!! It is soo funny watching mommys face when I do the sounds.. I also know how old I am! Mommy is not quite sure who taught me but thinks it may be a nursery worker that taught me. I am not telling... BUT GUESS WHAT!! I got TOOLS for my birthday! I love to fix things with my Drill!!! Now I don't have to use Papas tools cause I have my own!
I love you all, Hope to see you again sometime. Snows coming so all you skiiers and snowboarders come on out and stay at my house (mommy thinks it is hers but it is mine, I have more toys all over the place than she does...)

Hi all. I am doing really well. I have been driving mommy crazy! I am standing and coasting furnature. Mom isn't sure whether she likes it or not. She wants me to wait for daddy to come home but I am on a roll. I tried to tell her when I crawled up the stairs... But she wouldn't listen. Oh well, what do parents know..

PS thank you Grandpa and Grandma Michelle for the awesome box. I thought that there was a present in there for me but mommy told me that the box was mine! It is the perfect size! Thank you!

Shanes 32nd birthday

As you guys know it is difficult to buy Shane a birthday gift he can enjoy. This year we thoughthe could join his Mom and Dad and maybe Amanda and Tamra on a walk or bike ride! This heavy duty trailer/stroller works great and he seemed to enjoy his first couple outings. He hasn't felt well the last week or so but hopefully will get a ton of use! I can tell you it pulls really easy except for uphill.

Aiden Daniel Gardner is Born!

Little Aiden Daniel Gardner has made his presence known to the world. He was born August 10, 2009 at 3:23 in the afternoon. He weighed in at 8 pounds and 11 ounces. He was measured initially at 19 and 3/4 inches. Two days later the pediatrician measured him at 21 inches. He was a little more stretched out by then.




Dad and Mom Huizinga as well as Marty and Keri were able to visit Aiden and his parents in Alexandria, VA. We all got to hold him and help with babysitting. Thanks Andrew and Katie Joy for putting up with very proud grandparents and uncles and aunt to be.


























We all think he is a very special baby and we thank God that He still performs miracles every day. Congratulations Andrew and Katie Joy.
